Veronica plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and overall health of the practice. As a key leader, she is responsible for managing organizational goals, overseeing administrative operations, and driving the successful execution of the practice’s innovative initiatives. As the integrator of all major functions within the organization, she is dedicated to removing obstacles, resolving cross-functional challenges, and cultivating an environment where both staff and clients can thrive.

Currently pursuing her Doctorate in Early Childhood and Infant Mental Health, Veronica brings a perspective that strengthens her leadership and operational approach. Her training emphasizes the importance of relationships, environments, and systems in shaping long-term wellbeing, and she applies this lens to how she builds policies, supports our team, and guides strategic pioneered initiatives. This perspective allows her to balance the business side of healthcare with a genuine commitment to nurturing an environment where care is relational, compassionate, and effective. By centering quality care and human connection in every operational decision, she ensures our practice deeply reflects each of our foundational core values. 

In addition to her operational leadership, Veronica directs our branding and marketing strategies that fuel the practice’s growth and connection with our clients and community. She oversees all aspects of brand identity, from the practice’s digital presence, to community engagement, and referral partnerships. She ensures that the practice’s mission and values are communicated authentically and effectively.
