  • For full time clinicians seeing 24 clients weekly, we offer exciting benefits and opportunities for growth within our practice.

    • $100,000-$130,000+ annually (based on degree level) with opportunity for discretionary bonus

    • 50% paid premium for health insurance and dental coverage

    • Eligible for 401k and Roth IRA

    • Supervision and peer consultation as needed provided at no cost

    • Bi weekly group consultation at no cost

    • Marketing support to help you build a caseload (Psych Today, headshots, social media)

    • AFLAC supplemental insurance policies for you and your family

    • Company-paid team building events multiple times per year (boat outings, holiday gatherings, dinners)

  • Licensed Psychologists (PhD/PsyD) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)

    Salary range: $100,000+ (Masters level) or $130,000+ (Doctoral level) a year for full-time employees (24 client hours/week).

    We're primarily seeking therapists with expertise in:

    • Young adults transitioning into their careers and adult responsibilities (ages 18-25)

    • Working professionals and students managing career/academic demands and work-life balance

    • High achievers dealing with perfectionism, burnout, imposter syndrome, and performance pressure 

    • Anxiety and depression treatment with evidence-based approaches

    • Relationship issues, including couples therapy and interpersonal dynamics

    • Phase of life difficulties, such as career transitions, major life changes, and identity exploration

    What We Are Looking For:

     ✓ Active Massachusetts License (PhD/PsyD or LMHC)
    ✓ Proven experience with high-achieving, ambitious adults and couples
    ✓ Passion for evidence-based practice and measurable outcomes

    This is a full-time position requiring a minimum caseload of 24 clients per week. We're transparent about this expectation because we've built the systems, support, and collaborative culture that make this sustainable without sacrificing your own well-being. Our clinicians maintain full schedules while feeling energized by their work, not depleted. You'll provide individual therapy using evidence-based approaches, collaborate with a dedicated team of skilled professionals, and contribute to our culture of clinical excellence and continuous growth.
