  • Yes! We are in-network providers with the following insurance plans:

    • Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS)

    • BU Aetna (Boston University Student Aetna Plan)

Out-of-network insurance: If we're not in-network with your insurance provider, we can provide detailed superbills that you can submit to your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement. Many insurance plans offer out-of-network benefits that can help offset the cost of therapy.

Insurance verification: We verify your insurance coverage and benefits before your first appointment, so you'll know exactly what your copay, deductible, or out-of-pocket costs will be. No surprises.

Not sure about your coverage? Fill out the Contact Form above, and our team will check your insurance benefits and explain your cost breakdown before you schedule your first therapy session.

  • Yes! We offer both in-person therapy and telehealth sessions to accommodate your preferences and schedule.

In-person therapy: We provide face-to-face counseling sessions at our office. In-person availability varies by clinician, so your specific appointment times will depend on which therapist you're matched with.

Telehealth sessions: All of our clinicians offer secure, HIPAA-compliant online therapy via video conferencing. Virtual sessions provide the same quality care from the comfort of your home, office, or wherever you feel most comfortable.

Please note: Some clinicians offer telehealth services only, while others provide both in-person and virtual options. During your free consultation, we'll discuss which format works best for your needs and match you with a clinician accordingly.

Questions about session formats? Fill out the Contact Form above, and we'll help you find the right therapist and appointment type for your mental health journey.

  • Yes! We offer convenient parking options for clients attending in-person therapy appointments:

Metered street parking: Metered parking is available directly in front of our office building and along Dartmouth and Exeter Streets for easy access to your appointment. Please check posted signs for any time restrictions or permit requirements.

Parking garages: Several paid parking garages are located within walking distance of our office for guaranteed parking availability.

Helpful tip: We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes early to allow time for parking and to arrive at your scheduled therapy session relaxed and on time.

Need directions to our office? Fill out the Contact Form above, and we'll provide detailed information about our location and the best parking options for your visit.

  • We understand that life happens, and sometimes you need to cancel or reschedule your therapy appointment. We're happy to work with you to find a new time that fits your schedule.

Cancellation policy: Please provide at least 48 hours notice (2 business days) if you need to cancel or reschedule your session. This advance notice allows us to offer your appointment slot to another client who may be waiting for care.

Late cancellation fee: If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, a $150 late cancellation fee will apply. This fee helps compensate your clinician for the reserved time and covers the lost opportunity to serve other clients.

How to cancel or reschedule: Contact us as soon as you know you can't make your appointment. The earlier you let us know, the more flexibility we have to accommodate your needs and help other clients.

Emergencies and extenuating circumstances: We recognize that true emergencies happen. Please reach out to discuss your situation if unexpected circumstances prevent you from providing adequate notice.

Questions about our cancellation policy? Fill out the Contact Form above, and our team will be happy to clarify any details.
