Roni is a licensed mental health counselor and a key member of the leadership team at our practice. Roni brings extensive expertise in managing clinical staff and overseeing EDI initiatives.
As a clinical supervisor at HPA, Roni provides invaluable guidance and case consultation to therapists, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.
Roni also sees clients at HPA and has a particular passion for working with individuals facing eating disorders and those within the LGBTQIA+ community. Roni recognizes the unique challenges her clients often encounter and approaches her clinical work with a deep sense of empathy. Roni's approach integrates relational-cultural theory with exposure therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), reflecting her dedication to supporting diverse individuals through their healing journeys.
Fluent in both Hebrew and English, Roni is committed to empowering clients to be seen and heard. She believes that true healing and growth begin when individuals step outside their comfort zones, and she strives to cultivate an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive.
Roni sees clients exclusively via telehealth and is licensed in Massachusetts and Vermont.
