She has a deep passion for sports psychology and optimizing outcomes for high performing individuals and is dedicated to helping clients enhance their mental, emotional and physical well-being through therapy and performance coaching.
Lucy loves exploring identity, motivation, and self-efficacy with clients and finds immense fulfillment in working with athletes at all levels; from recreational and club to college and elite. Her goal is to support clients through setbacks and successes alike, helping them build resilience, grit and a positive mindset.
Lucy is grounded in a holistic perspective, emphasizing how psychological factors influence performance and overall well-being. She works collaboratively with clients to enhance self-awareness, motivation, and personal growth. Her aim is to empower clients to leverage their inner strengths, sustain motivation, and navigate adversity with confidence.
Lucy is a pre-licensed therapist under the supervision of Aprill Moxley, LMHC, Clinical Director at HPA. Lucy expects to receive her independent license in 2026.
Lucy sees clients in person and via telehealth.
