Emmie’s approach centers on helping clients better understand themselves, their relationships, and the patterns that may be contributing to distress. She recognizes that challenges such as anxiety, relational conflict, and struggles with self-worth are often connected to experiences of attachment, identity, and environment. Her work focuses on supporting clients in developing greater clarity, emotional awareness, and more effective ways of navigating their lives.

Drawing from her experience working with individuals and families across outpatient, school-based, and crisis settings, Emmie integrates relational and trauma-informed care with evidence-based practices. She is especially interested in supporting emerging adults as they navigate identity development, relationships, and life transitions.
