Chronic Illness & Pain Group Therapy:

Led by Dr. Kylie Steinhilber, she offers a specialized virtual process group for young adults (18–35) living with chronic pain or chronic illness, including fibromyalgia, POTS, dysautonomia, autoimmune disorders, and post-COVID complications. This is not a psychoeducational or medical support group. It is a clinically grounded, trauma-informed process group designed for authentic peer connection among individuals navigating invisible and often misunderstood conditions.

Within this expertly facilitated space, members explore the emotional impact of chronic illness, identity shifts, relational strain, grief, and resilience-building. Participants gain insight and practical perspective by learning directly from others navigating similar challenges and experience the unique recognition that comes from being truly seen by peers who share this lived reality.
